National Youth Science Forum: In 2011 and 2012 MGHS has been represented in Canberra at this prestigious event. ? represented the school in 2012
Stellar Scholarship: For 2012, awarded to Mei Hua Gong and Rimmi Arora.
UNSW Transit of Venus Competition: won by Diane Liu, Year 10.
